An excellent workout – do not underestimate the effect this sort of strength work has on your cycling, not to mention your general health and fitness. Building muscle, building bone density, improving strength – there is a great article HERE from cycling weekly that makes this point really well, and/or watch GCN’s Dan Lloyd making his way back to health and fitness HERE – brilliant watch!
Also, it’s fun. In a type two sort of way 🤪😂
What to expect
Warm up
Sally Up squat challenge – you can see what this looked like last year HERE
some other form of torture Stuart will dream up (at the moment – 4 minute plank anyone? 😂)
4 rounds of circuits, anything from wall sits to evil crunches, push ups, in/outs, burpees etc
Stretch
75 Minutes – Mondays, 7:45 – 9PM at Stageworks Studio, PE19 1BF
What to bring
Drink, Towel, Clean trainers (important so we don’t mess up the dance studio!) and, if you have one, yoga mat
Cost: 11 sessions at £2 per session = £22
