We are always keen to welcome new members and pride ourselves on being an inclusive club. Whether you are an experienced roadie or new to road cycling, or off-road cycling, some of our members have had many years of riding, racing, audax and sportive experience, and are happy to help new members with all aspects of cycling – from techniques for group riding through nutrition and cycle maintenance.
If you are new to cycling but can ride 30 miles at an average of around 15mph on your own, you should be able to join the sunday club runs. These rides are an excellent way to start riding with a group, improve group riding skills, and boost fitness. If you have never ridden in a group before, we will offer help and advice.
For those not yet at this level but interested in increasing their fitness, we offer a range of group rides, including our development group.
